"Great
ideas come to me when I'm not thinking about them, when I'm instead
paying attention to the sights and sounds around me. When possible,
I let my mind wander and explore. I like to jot down lots of words,
looking for alliterations or clever combinations.
I'll tell staff when something new is coming
their way. When the time comes to work on it, they're inspired—they've
been preparing subconsciously."
