Chorizo with Eggs

1/2 link El Popular Chorizo
4 eggs
Salt to taste

Remove El Popular Chorizo from casing and cook for approximately 10 minutes over a medium flame. Scramble eggs in a bowl. When chorizo is ready, pour eggs into pan with chorizo and stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir over a low flame until eggs are cooked. Makes about 4 servings. (To regulate chorizo flavor increase or decrease amount of chorizo used) (For added flavor add diced onion & green pepper while stir frying chorizo.
